The Life of an Idea breaks the process into three critical stages, Emergence, Formation, and Connection, each with its own questions, decisions and forms of work. The workbook provides the core framework, tools and exercises, while the workshop offers guidance and support for working through the stages most relevant to where your idea is now.
Together, they help you move from exploration to structure to action, with clarity about what your idea needs and what to do next.
Before the workshop you’ll go through the worksheets, decision frameworks and strategic tools designed to support clear thinking, practical planning and forward momentum. The workshop will build on this material, focusing on resolving bottlenecks, sharpening direction and translating thinking into concrete next steps.
By the end, you will have created your Initiative Framework, a coherent set of foundational materials that may include a strategic roadmap, partnership map, core messaging, timeline and engagement plan.
