WHO WE ARE

OPOV is a collaboration-centered practice focused on how complex initiatives take shape, gain traction and endure. We operate at the intersection of institutions, enterprise and cross-sector partnerships, where large-scale change often encounters friction across mandates, incentives and perspectives

Across sectors, initiatives tend to fail for the same underlying reasons. They struggle to become workable in practice, to gain acceptance beyond their immediate champions, or to sustain momentum once initial energy dissipates.

We’ve seen promising climate plans shelved, cultural programs stalled and bold inventions that never saw the light of day.

Our role is to strengthen the conditions that allow change-making initiatives to endure. OPOV orients its work around three critical domains, Viability, Legitimacy and Continuity, delivered through Initiative Building and Cultural Strategy engagements.
