WHO WE ARE

OPOV is a collaboration-centered practice focused on complex initiatives that support the transition towards more functional, livable and regenerative societies.

Through initiative building, systemic design and cultural infrastructure, we develop and evaluate the frameworks, processes and environments through which complex initiatives become coherent, implementable and durable across stakeholders and timescales.

The work is not sector-specific. It is scale and complexity-specific. We work with public and private institutions and cross-industry coalitions, where large-scale change often encounters friction across mandates, incentives and perspectives.

Our clients have ambitions that exceed what any single mandate or framework can hold, and where coordination and legitimacy are as consequential as execution.
