ORG Systems
INTRO EXCERPT
This collaboration with ORG focused on the development of Systems, a foundational articulation of ORG’s methodology for large-scale, multi-sectoral transformation projects.
The result was a strategic booklet that positioned “Systems” as a distinct division within ORG and framed its transdisciplinary method for integrating four core capabilities: Advanced Spatial Analytics, Design & Planning, Coalition Building & Process Management and Communications.
This articulation captured how ORG’s approach connected spatial planning with economic, ecological and social intelligence, shaping complex contexts into implementable projects.
Our work centered on the editorial strategy, concept development and narrative architecture of the Systems booklet, synthesizing ORG’s practice into a clear framework.
Scope of Work:
Defining and structuring the Systems methodology as a replicable design and engagement model
Translating technical workflows into public-facing language across four core campaign types: Aquatic, Rural, Mobility and Economic Systems
Developing narrative and visual logics for the booklet, including risk-opportunity diagrams, services clustering and design process flows
Integrating the themes of spatial analytics, integrated modeling, stakeholder diplomacy, and systems-scale resilience into a cohesive voice
Producing a booklet to serve as both internal guidance and external positioning material for ORG’s partnerships
This initial publication marked a turning point in ORG’s strategy—moving from siloed project explanations to a unified methodological identity. Systems became the groundwork for what, by 2025, would evolve into the overarching method applied across all of ORG’s work.
