OPOV designed and implemented an automated communications and AI content system to keep visibility materials coordinated, drafted, updated, current and ready to share across platforms in real time.

The system captures project information from asset files and drafts key content across visibility channels. Using the applications Make, Custom GPTs, and others we developed a centralized workflow where project information becomes:

– Project sheets for acquisitions and offers
– Portfolio assets for business development
– Website project descriptions
– CV entries for team qualifications
– Drafts for social media content

The system drastically reduces time-consuming and redundant tasks replacing them with real-time automation and notification-based workflows. Updates are instantly reflected across outputs, ensuring consistency and ease of collaboration.

The process included: system design, automation mapping, template development, testing, training and activation. The result is a dynamic infrastructure that continuously updates and refines key visibility materials as projects evolve and new ones emerge, ensuring that communications assets stay current.

This project in progress is part of an overarching transformation for ORG’s communication strategy which includes a Branding and Identity exercise in collaboration with BASE Design. The final release of the project will be shared in late fall 2025.
